Świadczenie postojowe. Wsparcie na dłużej

Dobra księgowość to duże wsparcie podczas kryzysu.


Rozszerzona tarcza antykryzysowa przewiduje możliwość ponownego przyznania
świadczenia postojowego – nie więcej niż trzykrotnie. Co ważne, Rada Ministrów w drodze
rozporządzenia będzie mogła zdecydować o kolejnych wypłatach.


Świadczenie postojowe skierowane jest do wszystkich prowadzących pozarolniczą
działalność gospodarczą, zarówno prowadzących ją jednoosobowo i zatrudniających
pracowników, jak i osób wykonujących pracę na podstawie umów cywilnoprawnych – jeśli
spełniają określone warunki. Ponowne przyznanie świadczenia postojowego będzie mogło
nastąpić nie wcześniej niż w miesiącu następującym po miesiącu wypłaty po raz  pierwszy
tego świadczenia. Warunek to wykazanie w oświadczeniu, że sytuacja materialna się nie
poprawiła.
Firmy działające od niedawna również nie zostaną bez pomocy.
Do tej pory ze świadczenia postojowego mogli skorzystać przedsiębiorcy, którzy rozpoczęli
prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej przed 1 lutego 2020 r. Taki sam termin obowiązywał
w przypadku ustalania daty zawarcia umowy cywilnoprawnej. Tarcza 2.0 wprowadza zmianę
tego terminu na 1 kwietnia 2020 r.


Koniec z limitem przychodów dla przedsiębiorców.

Ustawa znosi również warunek osiągnięcia przez przedsiębiorców przychodu poniżej 300
proc. przeciętnego miesięcznego wynagrodzenia z poprzedniego kwartału (obecnie jest to
kwota 15 595,74 zł).
