Nowe świadczenie postojowe i zwolnienie ze składek ZUS. Kto skorzysta?

Postojowe - Biuro Rachunkowe Tax

Sejm uchwalił nowy projekt ustawy, który zwalnia ze składek ZUS konkretne grupy przedsiębiorców. Dodatkowo ma umożliwić im pobieranie przez trzy kolejne miesiące świadczenia postojowego. Komu przysługuje nowe postojowe i zwolnienie z ZUS?

LISTA PKD:

  • 49.39.Z (transport lądowy)
  • 55.10.Z (hotele i podobne obiekty zakwaterowania)
  • 77.39.Z (wynajem i dzierżawa pozostałych maszyn i urządzeń)
  • 79.11.A (agenci turystyczni)
  • 79.90.A (piloci i przewodnicy)
  • 82.30.Z (organizacja wystaw, targów i kongresów)
  • 90.01.Z (artyści występujący na wydarzeniach)
  • 90.02.Z (działalność wspomagająca organizację wydarzeń)
  • 93.29.A (działalność pokojów zagadek, domów strachu, miejsc do tańczenia i w zakresie innych form rozrywki lub rekreacji organizowanych w pomieszczeniach lub innych miejscach o zamkniętej przestrzeni)
  • 93.29.B (pozostała działalność rozrywkowa i rekreacyjna, gdzie indziej niesklasyfikowana)
  • 93.29.Z (pozostała działalność rozrywkowa i rekreacyjna)

Jeśli chodzi z kolei o świadczenie postojowe, to zgodnie z przepisami, będą mogli wnioskować o nie przede wszystkim agenci turystyczni – pod warunkiem jednak, że zawiesili działalność po 31 sierpnia 2019 r., a dodatkowo ich działalność ma charakter sezonowy. Wcześniej ta grupa przedsiębiorców – ze względu na zawieszenie działalności zaraz po sezonie wakacyjnym – nie mogła skorzystać ze świadczenia.

Z kolei o świadczenie postojowe po raz kolejny będą mogli ubiegać się przedsiębiorcy, których przeważająca działalność jest określona kodem 49.39.Z, 77.39.Z, 90.01.Z, 90.02.Z, 93.29.A, 93.29.B, 93.29.Z.
